Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A self-driven individual who is motivated by achieving targets and driving results.
