What you'll be doing
Discovery calls
- uncover property type, budget and risk appetite; match the right survey product.
Quotation & follow-up
- issue same-day quotes, chase decisively and turn "thinking about it" into "booked".
Pipeline liaison
- coordinate with our national panel of RICS surveyors to lock in dates and manage reschedules.
Upsell & cross-sell
- spot opportunities for add-ons (valuation, damp testing, snagging) that protect the client and boost revenue.
Customer delight
- stay in touch post-survey, explain findings in plain English and harvest referrals to other areas of the business.
You'll thrive here if you...
Have
12-36 months
of B2C sales (property, conveyancing, insurance, utilities or similar).
Love a
high-activity desk
--100+ calls and 100 quotes a day is your comfort zone.
Can translate technical jargon (differential settlement, rising damp) into "here's what it means for you".
