Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic

Event Sales Assistant

to join us at the

Foodies Festival Brighton

from 3rd to 5th May.

You will be representing RishRight at our booth, engaging with visitors, introducing our products, offering tastings, and driving on-site sales.

Ideal Candidate:

Loves good food and has a passion for flavours, especially chillies and natural, healthy ingredients Enjoys interacting with people, with strong communication and customer service skills Has experience in event sales, retail, food markets, or similar (preferred but not required) Is interested in Chinese culture and cuisine (a bonus!) Is proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about sharing great products with customers

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain an attractive booth display Engage with visitors and introduce RishRight products Offer tastings and explain the stories behind our brand and products Handle sales transactions (card machine provided) Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event

Requirements:

Available to work all three days (3rd-5th May) Able to stand for extended periods and manage a busy booth Friendly, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations

Compensation:

Competitive daily pay, plus sales-based bonus Travel expenses covered (within reasonable limits)
