Insulation Sales Representative

to help grow our client base and strengthen our market presence.

What You'll Do

Identify and generate new sales opportunities in your assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and property managers Present and promote insulation products and services to prospective clients Conduct site visits and assessments to determine insulation needs Prepare quotes and close sales with a consultative approach Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials Knowledge of insulation products a strong plus (but not required - we'll train the right person) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and prioritize independently Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
