Job Title: Order Processor Evaframe Ltd is a fast growing manufacturing company based in Newport South Wales with strong investment into the business in the coming months and wide expansion and growth plans for 2024. We are looking to increase our capacity in the front end of the business by employing an ambitious order processor to tackle the volume of orders we are receiving. Reporting into the Trade Operations Manager. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Review order details for accuracy and completeness
- Enter order information into the system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order processing software or systems
