Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales order processor for a locally owned wholesale food distributor. Working on a Night Shift pattern you will process orders onto the internal order system and allocate each order to individual driver\xe2\x80\x99s designated delivery route. To succeed in this role you must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be able to maintain focus and attention to detail. You must be computer literate, full training will be provided on the systems used. Experience of Excel would be highly regarded.
- Process sales orders from emails and voice mails
- Allocate orders to drivers for early morning deliveries
- Update Stock levels
- Print of customers invoices and communicate the delivery run to each driver
- Assist delivery drivers with any order queries
- Maintain a tidy warehouse and ensure stock rotation to reduce wastage
- Company car

- Weekend availability
