We are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join our team with a view to training to become a junior valuer. The successful candidate should be motivated, well organised and ideally have some local knowledge as we pride ourselves on being a local independent company.
Duties
Negotiating sales, booking and conducting viewings, and detailed sales progression.
Managing the buyer data base and matching buyers with properties,
Providing viewing feedback and vendor reviews.
Begin or develop valuing skills with training provided.
Assisting with property details production and listing/photographing new property.
Fitting in with a freindly and experienced team.
Experience
Must have previous negotiator experience.
No Valuer experience required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is desirable.
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
Knowledge on how to deliver a high standard of customer service in the property industry.
Full UK driving license required.
