Role and Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your market knowledge to connect clients with their dream properties. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will achieve the best results for clients.
  • Be a team-player to ensuring that you make a positive contribution to support the rest of the sales team with their day to day duties.
  • Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, building strong relationships to understand their needs.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide insightful information.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure the best price deals for the clients.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, providing support and sharing market insights.
  • Stay current with market trends and property values to offer informed advice.
Skills & Experience for this role:
  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator with proven success.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and guiding them through each stage of the transaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the local property markets, transaction processes, and legal requirements.
  • A desire to exceed sales targets and contributing to the agency\'s growth.
OTE: \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa340,000
Working Hours: 4 Week Days 08:30 - 18:00 and every Saturday 08:30 - 16:00
