Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Multilingual candidates are particularly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions and photographs.
Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, viewings, and transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in sales negotiation is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
