DescriptionSales Negotiator - Muswell HillSalary - \xc2\xa320,000 - \xc2\xa324,000 + Commission and Car Allowance5-day week - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm (one in every 4/5)Our well established and highly regarded client based in the North London area are looking for a Sales Negotiator to work within their branch in Muswell Hill. • Perform market appraisals and take on instructions.
• Create new ideas for canvassing and marketing.
• Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
• Productive dairy & time management
• Dealing with customer enquiries effectively.
• Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking\'s are consistently hit.
• Regular Vendor care and obtaining price reductions.
• Passing business to the mortgage broker & panel solicitors
• Qualifying offers and negotiating deals
• Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
• Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
