Our well respected client who have a large presence in Cheltenham are now to recruit an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join their local office.

In this role you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone. To generate and conduct property viewings, book and conduct valuations (or want to learn this aspect of the role), negotiate sales with buyers and vendors.

Duties:
\xc2\xb7Working within a team to achieve the branch revenue target
\xc2\xb7Offer a first class service to customers to improve market share
\xc2\xb7Attend daily morning meeting
\xc2\xb7Identify the vendors needs and match to the proposition to help win new business
\xc2\xb7Registering applicants and matching them to properties that match their search criteria
\xc2\xb7Arranging and undertaking viewings
\xc2\xb7Arranging and undertaking property valuations
\xc2\xb7Negotiating deals ensuring compliance
\xc2\xb7Maintain regular contact with the applicant and vendor database
\xc2\xb7Answering client enquiries
\xc2\xb7General administrative disciplines

Skills & experience required:

\xc2\xb7Experience as a Sales Negotiator (generating sales, negotiation and valuing) in Estate Agency either sales or Lettings
\xc2\xb7Well-developed written and verbal communication
\xc2\xb7Happy to take personal ownership for the quality and timeliness of work
\xc2\xb7Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
\xc2\xb7Results driven
\xc2\xb7Proactive and helpful approach
\xc2\xb7Flexible and adaptable nature
\xc2\xb7Customer centric and has a genuine want to exceed customers\' expectations
\xc2\xb7IT literate
