Are you passionate about property and looking for an exciting opportunity in the property industry? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our award-winning team as a Sales Negotiator at Mark Ewin Estate Agents, one of the leading estate agencies in Bury St Edmunds.

Position: Full-Time Sales Negotiator Location: Bury St Edmunds Salary: Competitive, with commission opportunities

: As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients buy and sell properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. Conducting property viewings and showcasing the best features of each property to potential buyers. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties. Managing the sales process from start to finish, including liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other professionals. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients.
Skills and Qualifications: While previous experience in estate agency is preferred, it's not essential. We're looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in the property market. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle will be required.
