Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, looking for a new challenge to grow and expand our estate agency sales department within a small, homely team providing a comfortable working atmosphere.

Objectives



To bring ideas to entice new clients The ability to take on client instructions on an independent basis A successful track record in a similar role Qualifications in the industry Confident in working independently Problem solving skills

Responsibilities



Communicating regularly with our clients and potential buyers regarding purchases and sales Keep records and organsie the office diary Arrange viewings and appointments Update adverts and listings Respond to enquiries Prepare valuation reports

Experience



Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
