Communicating regularly with our clients and potential buyers regarding purchases and sales
Keep records and organsie the office diary
Arrange viewings and appointments
Update adverts and listings
Respond to enquiries
Prepare valuation reports
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
