Salary: OTE \xc2\xa330k

Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agency a varied and exciting role with a local independent Estate Agent with offices in the Epsom area.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background and experience in residential property sales with excellent achievements and ability in sales progression, negotiating deals and an excellent sales record overall.

You will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service and most importantly be prepared to \xe2\x80\x9cmuck-in\xe2\x80\x9d as part of a small bet effective team of professional hard-working people.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience preferred
• Excellent (proven) sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local Epsom area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car essential
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
