Salary: \xc2\xa318,000 plus commission OTE \xc2\xa325,000
Our client is a highly sought-after Estate Agent offering a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator. The successful applicant will be lucky enough to be joining an experienced team and can only benefit from their wisdom and knowledge of the industry. It\xe2\x80\x99s a small team so you must be friendly and able to build and nurture relationships easily.
The successful candidate will be someone who is friendly, personable and reliable. We are looking for someone with previous sales experience and knowledge and experience of the sales market in the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany viewings with prospective buyers.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Register both vendor and buyer enquiries.
- Enthusiastic and hard working
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed company and personal goals.
- Written communication and numerical skills
- Good administration skills
- Good IT skills including Word.
- A commitment to providing good customer service.
