Salary: OTE \xc2\xa335k Uncapped

Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent Estate Agency in the Brighton area and be part of a truly exceptional team of loyal, dynamic, customer focused and motivated professionals.

This position would suit an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property industry / Estate Agency.

You should be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Previous Sales experience (within Estate Agency)
• High level of customer service
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of the Brighton area preferred
• Live within easy reach of the offices
• Driver with full a UK license
