Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in our Hove showroom! This role offers a dynamic and engaging environment where you will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and contributing to our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Generating leads and following up with potential clients.

Presenting products and advising on usability.

Building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Understanding the sales process and customer needs.

Marketing:

Creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Establishing and maintaining a strong brand voice and identity through marketing efforts.

Writing, editing, and publishing engaging marketing content, including advertisements, articles, blogs and other promotional materials.

Producing high-quality marketing videos for social media platforms.

Planning and executing targeted email broadcasts, analysing results, and providing insights for improvement.

General:

Providing excellent customer service.

Working effectively in a team.

Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

:

Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or showroom setting. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with marketing campaigns and social media.

Knowledge of either the kitchen/bathroom or wood flooring sector is essential.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in a showroom in a similar position

Prior experience in advertising, sales, content creation, or media.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Creativity and attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.

Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
