Role Overview

We're looking for a commercially driven Sales & E-Commerce Manager (SEM) to lead and grow our B2C and B2B sales channels. In this pivotal role, you'll manage and scale our e-commerce operations across our Shopify store and social commerce platforms (Meta, TikTok), working closely with our Social Media & Content Manager. You'll own the endto-end sales strategy -- from driving conversions and optimizing site performance to expanding our B2B retail network within the music tech sector. This is a hybrid position based in London, o[ering the opportunity to be part of a lean, innovative team with direct access to leadership and a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & B2C Sales

Manage and optimize the Evermix Shopify store and social commerce channels (Meta, TikTok). Develop and execute sales strategies across organic, paid, and influencerdriven campaigns. Analyse consumer behaviour, site analytics, and funnel performance to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention. B2B Sales & Retail Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with music tech retailers and distributors. Develop and manage the B2B sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM. Generate and convert leads from prospecting through to deal closure. Understand and act on market dynamics, feedback, and product positioning. Operations & Reporting Ensure seamless order fulfilment, supply chain, and logistics operations. Maintain awareness of sales tax, import/export duties, and international shipping logistics. Produce regular sales reports and revenue forecasts for B2C and B2B channels. Collaborate with the CEO and team on broader commercial and marketing strategy.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Shopify e-commerce management. Track record of growing D2C sales via social media marketing and online campaigns. Proficiency with CRM tools - ideally HubSpot - for sales tracking and lead management. Experience working with retailers and driving B2B sales in a tech or consumer electronics setting. Solid understanding of fulfilment, logistics, and global trade compliance. Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bonus: Experience in the music, DJ, or live events industry. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
