Treatment Care Coordinator



/ Responsibilities



Work with our Clinicians on following up on treatment plans to build sales. Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients regarding their care. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules using IT systems. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless treatment delivery. Utilise strong organisational and communication skills to enhance patient experiences and outcomes. Manage our Digital Marketing Campaigns. Sales, Marketing & Promotion
The overall aim of this role is to attract new patients, retain existing patients, up-sell to existing patients, generate referrals and increase sales. This is done by creating brand awareness, a robust marketing system and consistently providing a 5 Star Customer Service journey.

The basic salary for this role is 29,000 -35,000 depending on experience

Additional Performance related bonuses will be available

Working Pattern:



You would be required to work 5 days a week

Monday 8:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday 8:00am to 6:00pm Wednesday 8:00am to 6:00pm Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

Minimum Requirement:



Minimum 2 Years sales Experience

Understanding of Marketing strategies

Excellent Written and Verbal English
