Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with some experience or a keen interest in client account management within the promotional marketing industry. As a new team member, you will receive hands-on training in various areas including new business development, product development, supply chain management, and international sourcing and transport skills.

Person Specification:

- Education at degree level or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic workplace.

- Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word and Excel) is essential; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is advantageous.

- Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Right to work in the UK and willingness to work in our Lymington office five days a week.

- Possession of a valid driving license.
