Sales Manager required. My client is a long-standing manufacturer and supplier of Robotics and Control equipment based in the North East and is now looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to take on a mix of Business Development and Account management activities. The ideal candidate will come from a proven Sales background, have experience in both BD and Account management, will have previously sold Control equipment and will be based within a commutable distance of Newcastle.Full Driving licence required for this role.Sales Manager Position Overview

• Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
• Selling a range of PLC\'s, HMI\'s and Robotics and Control equipment
• Supporting the field sales team in the area as required
• Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
• Travelling to customer sites throughout Northern England
• Spending one day in the depot per week as required

Sales Manager Position Requirements

• Previous experience in Business development and Account Management is essential
• Proven Sales track record
• Experience attending face to face meetings with customers
• Proficient in winning new business through multiple avenues; face to face meetings, chasing leads etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Experienced in selling Robotics and Control systems, HMI\'s and / or PLC systems
• Full driving licence and prepared to travel throughout the North of England
• Based within a commutable distance of Newcastle

Sales Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary \xc2\xa360,000 - \xc2\xa365,000 DOE
• Full time Monday - Friday
• Company vehicle
• 28 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
• Pension
