Regularly review the market to identify opportunities for growth
Lead and deliver internal and external presentations to report internally and secure new business
Lead contract tenders, negotiations and pricing discussions with clients
Deliver product samplings and training sessions to your account base
Forecast efficiently and work with demand planning to ensure efficient supply
Monthly reporting to track sales and revenue growth

Must have a passion for new business development
Must have prior sales experience, with experience managing accounts
An interest in beauty products is essential
Experience selling into the HoReCa channel is a bonus
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
Strong communicator with good commercial acumen
Must be able to travel around London and be in trade 2-3 days a week

They are now looking for a Sales Manager, with a true passion for brands, especially within beauty, to grow their independent HoReCa business across London.

Up to \xc2\xa325k extra in commission, paid quarterly
