An exciting opportunity to join the Dexters business as we grow our office network across South and South East London at Management level. What we need is a driven, energetic and a motivational individual with a track record of success in estate agency sales or listing and capable of fronting a business, building and training their team and creating a high volume, fast paced environment. We are looking for a colleague with a strong track record as a Sales Manager/Assistant Manager or Valuer with London based estate agency experience. Knowledge of South East London is beneficial and preferred. Sales Manager/Valuer/Lister
Location - Blackheath/Greenwich
Salary - \xc2\xa380,000 -\xc2\xa3150,000 OTE Key responsibilities/skills include:
- Lead from the front. - Build market share.
- Run a centre of excellence developing the next generation of managers.
- Confident and comfortable in managing a large estate agency sales team.
- Passionate about every opportunity.
- Work at pace without distractions.
- Be able to meet set personal targets whilst encouraging and managing the team to meet the business targets.
