An experienced Sales Manager is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency working in the Guildford, Surrey area.

You will already be an experienced estate agency sales manager or assistant manager but want to work for the top local agency.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agency and Residential Lettings) \xe2\x80\x93 role will include:

• Experienced residential Sales Agent
• Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
• Superior sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Guildford and the surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
