Additionally, we offer videoscopes, non-destructive testing products, and X-ray fluorescence analysis tools.Job Overview: The Regional Sales Manager UK will support the growth and development of Evident's business in line with the EMEA GTM strategy. This role involves leading the UK MIS sales team, developing local business strategies, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position may be based in the UK.Tasks

  • Lead the UK MIS sales team to achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Coach sales representatives to develop and manage healthy sales pipelines.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and joint territory visits.
  • Develop strategies to grow the clinical and research microscopy business.
  • Collaborate with the MIS EMEA Management Team to achieve EMEA targets.
  • Support key accounts and organize trade fairs.
  • Work with the EMEA High End Sales Director to grow market share.
  • Develop strategies for resellers and business partners.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree/diploma in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical sales, preferably in scientific capital equipment or healthcare sales, with experience in managing competitive tender bids. Proven sales performance and microscopy knowledge preferred. Experience in coaching sales performance and working in a matrix organisation. People management experience required.
  • Competencies and Skills: Clear communication skills, ability to present information effectively, commercially minded, results-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative.
  • Physical Requirements: Regular travel throughout the territory and occasional travel within the EMEA region.
