Web link: management.mystayinn.comRole Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Manager at mySTAYINN in Edinburgh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting discovery calls and closing online leads.Our in-house marketing team collaborates with third-party agencies to execute meta and Google advertising campaigns. Each Sales Manager is supported by a personal assistant who helps manage their calendar, emails, and the pursuit of new and existing leads.The Sales Manager will be the first point of contact for all new leads. It is essential for the Sales Manager to proactively manage all sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. We expect the Sales Manager to engage in networking (both online and in person), create campaigns, and collaborate with their personal assistant to cold call local businesses. Additionally, the Sales Manager should utilize email marketing, flyers, CSR campaigns, and other methods to establish new relationships. Although a proactive cold-calling approach may not work in every industry, we have successfully generated leads through our CSR Campaign 2024 by cold calling local businesses.We have also implemented product training as part of the initial induction process, which has contributed to a remarkable 300% growth within a 12-month period. This role presents an excellent opportunity and is highly rewarding for a successful Sales Manager.The Sales Manager is expected to generate 30% of their sales target through personal initiatives and 70% from campaigns and leads provided by the company.Qualifications: - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Marketing and business development skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
