We are looking for a

B2B Sales Manager

to join our growing and dynamic B2B team, at our Clacton-On- Sea site.

We are an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, hence we require new roles to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF- one of the UK's largest energy suppliers.

Employment type: Full time, Permanent Working hours: Mo- Fri 9:00-17:00 Location: On site Salary band: 30,000 basic salary + Sales Commission

Key responsibilities will include:

Pivotal role to deliver sales growth within the B2B area, focus will be on forging new relationships rather than developing existing. Drive national sales for all areas of B2B (ECO EDF, ECO Direct, HUG , Warm Homes, LA and Developer) to develop appropriate pipeline to achieve sales and installs targets Ensure tender responses are competitive, perform continual reviews to improve and adjust submissions as required to secure sales. Define B2B marketing requirements to deliver against sales targets and ensure campaigns are appropriate and within budget. Ensure event / forum opportunities are maximised to drive sales pipeline Exploit innovation and product opportunities to grow existing business and develop new sales opportunities Work with other sales areas within the business to ensure a consistent approach and develop shared opportunities and avoid duplication of effort Produce meaningful MI that represents Sales Funnel, conversion rates, Risks and Issues

About you:

Sales background (ideally within B2B environment) : 3 to 5 years minimum required B2B experience 3 to 5 years Experience in dealing with B2B relationships ideally within the Net Zero community Commercially aware and able to forge new relationships Proven ability to increase sales and meet revenue and quality targets Able to think on their feet, and solve problems quickly
