The role
We are looking for a Sales Manager/Head of Broker Sales
The award winning Introducer Channel provides a sales and account management function to our partnering Brokers in order to process and release submitted loan applications.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to come in and lead our Broker channel; responsible for 30 FTEs. This role offers a real opportunity to add significant value by delivering change and increasing the channel\'s overall success!
  • Setting the vision and direction of the channel and owning the strategy for achieving our commercial goals
  • Innovating and developing the Broker Channel and driving positive change within the department to improve processes, engagement and performance
  • Be the face of FC to our external partners, assisting in the development of key Broker relationships; supporting the Business Development Managers by attending events and meetings
  • Taking the lead on critical tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality execution of work
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across areas such as Commercial, Product, Marketing, People and the wider Sales function
  • Owning and iterating training and development programmes to foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day

  • An experienced People & Sales Manager with experience working in Financial Services
  • A strong communicator; able to ensure concise and efficient information sharing
  • A natural influencer and leader; able to bring out the best in people with a passion for developing your team
  • Autonomy and the capability to bring new and fresh ideas to the channel and be confident in implementing them
