About Us:

Clubleys is a trusted, independent estate agency with a strong reputation across East Yorkshire. Our Market Weighton branch has an established, knowledgeable team dedicated to providing a first-class service. We are now looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Professional to join us and help continue our success.

The Role:

You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and lettings, and supporting the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working within a supportive and friendly environment, you'll play an important part in matching people to their ideal homes and helping landlords and sellers achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings for sales and lettings Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors Progress sales and lettings transactions smoothly through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants Maintain excellent communication with all parties throughout the process Assist with general office duties and property management tasks Stay up-to-date with local market activity and industry regulations
About You:

Experience in residential property sales and lettings is essential Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Professional, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy, supportive team Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred Comfortable using property management systems and IT platforms
