Sales Executive
to join our growing team and drive event bookings across both venues.
Role Overview:
As a
Sales Executive
, you'll be the first point of contact for clients planning private celebrations or corporate events. You'll work across both venues, managing inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming event enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) promptly and professionally
Out - Reach to bring corporate and private clients.
Identify client needs and tailor proposals for weddings, conferences, parties, meetings, and other private or corporate events
Conduct venue show-rounds and present both locations confidently and persuasively
Negotiate pricing, packages, and contracts in line with company guidelines
Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional event execution
Work with Line Manager to find marketing opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and Yearly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and client communication using CRM software
Represent the venues at networking events, showcases, and trade shows as needed
Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or a similar client-facing role
Confident communicator with a warm, engaging personality
Strong sales mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Experience working in hotels, event venues, or luxury hospitality is highly desirable
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines simultaneously
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for show-rounds or events
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences!
Ideally Car owner or any type of motor vehicle
