Salary OTE \xc2\xa331,000 - \xc2\xa335,000 (uncapped) - (Basic of \xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa326,000 - based on relevant experience)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Sales Executive based to the South of Cambridge. My client is a leading publisher within the care sector and have been established since 1991. They are a multi-media publisher, and their current portfolio includes:

  • 38 Regional Care Directories for local authorities across the country
  • Monthly care sector management journal (including online webinars and podcasts)
  • National and regional conferences
  • 2 National award ceremonies
My client is now seeking a Sales Executive to join an established, successful, friendly and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have relevant direct outbound sales experience and a driven personality to be successful within the organisation. This is an exciting period for my client as they look to launch their latest new product within the sector.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Executive will include:
  • Successfully manage accounts and maintain contact throughout the year with your client database whilst keeping accurate and up to date records on the companies CRM system;
  • Secure renewal clients across the portfolio whilst sourcing new business;
  • Maintaining a high standard of outbound telephone call rates;
  • Achievement of personal and product targets;
  • Maintaining the high profile of the company throughout the industry through client visits and attendance at a range of industry events;
  • Assisting the Management team in coordinating the sales campaigns, identifying potential difficulties and providing solutions;
  • Using initiative to identify any potential new business streams and work with the management team to apply them to a sales campaign;
  • Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
