We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our award winning team in the position of Sales Executive.

We are offering a wonderful salary of 32,000.00 per annum and in addition a bonus scheme of up to 4,000.00.

Southdowns Manor is a multi award winning Wedding and Events Venue situated in between Midhurst and Petersfield but within easy reach of Portsmouth and Chichester, including all other surrounding areas.

Southdowns Manor has been an established industry leading venue since 2013 and now hosts around 200 weddings per year.

We pride ourselves on our exceptionally high levels of care to both our couples, their guests and our own team.

The ideal candidate will have several years of sales experience behind them and experience within wedding and events sales would be an advantage.

A brief description of the job and duties are listed below:

- Monitoring and responding to enquiries

- Arranging show rounds with couples

- Meeting couples to discuss their wedding ideas and showing how Southdowns Manor can be the perfect fit for them

- Answering phone enquiries

- Working to hit monthly, quarterly and yearly targets

- General sales admin which includes brochures and some marketing

- Taking payments

- Taking booking payments

- Arranging all booking paperwork

- Attend regular sales meeting with Sales Manager and Directors

- Working with the Sales manager to push sales and marketing

- Adhering to all Health & Safety Policies and procedures
