We are seeking an energetic and ambitious

Sales Executive

to drive the success of our Rent-to-Buy program.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Acquisition and Lead Conversion

Engage with inbound leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and returning customers--no cold calling required. Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Rent-to-Buy packages. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, averaging 90+ sales calls per day. Schedule and attend customer appointments, both virtually and in person, to convert leads into committed customers.

Product Presentation and Handover

Clearly explain the terms and benefits of Fleeto's Rent-to-Buy agreements, including flexible termination, low deposits, and ownership options. Educate customers on vehicle usage, including charging, cost savings, and maintenance. Facilitate the handover of vehicles, ensuring customers fully understand their agreement and the operation of their vehicle.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or web chat. Record customer details and interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Strategy Execution

Work closely with the Fleet, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover processes. Provide market feedback to the Sales Manager to enhance Fleeto's offerings and customer experience.

Target Achievement and Reporting

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques. Provide regular sales reports and updates on lead conversions, pipeline progress, and customer insights.

Qualifications and Skills Experience



Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally in automotive, fleet management, or a related field. Experience working with diverse customers, particularly in the PCO or transportation sectors, is desirable.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary



25k base + Sales Commission, OTE 50K+
