What will you be doing?

The opportunity

  • Develop a deep understanding of Adarga\'s product offering and how to align it to our clients\' most strategic organisational requirements in UK Government & National Security
  • Plan and implement a full cycle sales strategy targeting new customer acquisition and expansion within install base for the accelerated Analysis & Research use-case, partnering collaboratively with teammates to align on the best approach
  • Apply your track record of implementing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and software solutions into National Security, Law Enforcement and UK Central Government
  • Building Industry knowledge that leads to improved solution selling, strategic alignment and growth across multiple segments
  • Develop deep insights regarding customer use cases, internal decision-making nuances, budget cycles and other key information necessary to close the sale and shape the success of this new vertical
  • Consistently ensure a balanced pipeline of multiple opportunities against quarterly and annual growth targets
Requirements

What do you need?
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Security sector
  • Deep knowledge of relevant commercial frameworks and commercial routes in UK HMG
  • A proven track record of selling enterprise software/SaaS sales technology solutions in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Ability to operate in a collaborative team environment
  • Possess a deep understanding of the complexities around deploying products and technology integrations into National Security organisations
  • Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS solutions
  • Experience of selling via MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Deep subject matter expert knowledge
  • Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
