We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, as is experience with Salesforce and telemarketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify potential clients through research and networking.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Track sales metrics using Salesforce and provide regular reports on performance.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment on goals.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
Experience in telemarketing is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
