Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Epsom. The Sales Representative will engage with clients to understand their property needs, conduct property viewing, market properties, and facilitate clients needs. They will also handle negotiations, close sales, maintain relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of local property market conditions and trends Ability to progress the sale until completion Experience in marketing properties and conducting property viewings Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology Excellent organizational and time-management skills Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Pay: 20,000.00-45,000.00 per year
