Caravan Sales Executive - Ideal Caravans

Location: Langley Moor & Adderstone Showgrounds.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including weekend work)

Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience (please do ignore the salary listed)

About Us

Ideal Caravans is a trusted name in the leisure industry, specialising in the sale of static caravans and luxury lodges to both the general public and caravan parks. With a reputation for exceptional customer service and an extensive range of quality caravans, we are expanding and need a motivated individual to help us grow even further.

The Role

As a Caravan Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be selling static caravans and lodges from our dealerships to:

- Private customers looking for their ideal holiday home

- Caravan parks seeking to upgrade or expand their offerings

This is a customer-facing role, and you'll be involved in every stage of the sales process--from initial enquiry to handover. You'll work closely with both individual buyers and business clients, offering guidance, answering queries, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively generate and follow up on leads

- Guide customers through the full sales journey

- Build relationships with caravan park operators

- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Support promotional events and weekend sales activity

What We're Looking For

- Sales experience (caravan or leisure industry preferred but not essential)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

- Comfortable working weekends as part of your regular hours

- A full UK driving licence is a must
