About the role

As a Sales Executive your objective is to drive growth and increase policy sales by identifying, researching and contacting new potential customers, building relationships. Signing and on-boarding new customers, providing training and getting them selling our products to their customers, increasing policy count and margin.

Role responsibilities

You will....

Use our proven sales process. Support marketing initiatives and help grow awareness of the Alps brand. Identify potential customers Contact and sign up new customers Be in regular contact with prospects to convert, sign up and get them selling Alps products. Attend events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to identify new prospect brokers and develop relationships. Ensure compliance with all FCA regulations and requirements.
Role Requirements

Have a passion for speaking to people and building relationships Confidently build rapport with our brokers and to understand their needs Excellent customer service and communication skills Sales focused and driven to succeed in delivering company targets Be an enthusiastic team player and take pride in what you do. Possess excellent attention to detail throughout the sales process Have a strong willingness to learn Proven sales experience
