Your Place at ProtectaPet
Our Cat & Garden Consultant will provide potential customers with an exceptional level of service. Working within our supportive sales team, you will take inbound calls from potential customers, understand their needs and provide them with a tailored solution to keep their cats safe outdoors.
Reporting to the Communications Director, to seasonal sales targets. Pay is 24,000 basic, with uncapped commission, with on target earnings initially of 33,000 to 35,000+ per annum, rising with experience.
You will:
Be good at listening and compassionate to customers' needs
Nurture relationships, recording your activities in our Customer Relationship Management
Be digitally savvy, using our custom software to create accurate quotations
A natural inclination for technical skills is beneficial, but comprehensive training will be provided on the job
Be driven and motivated to set and hit your own sales targets
Schedule jobs in our Installations Engineers' calendars with a strong attention to detail
Report on quality of leads to inform ProtectaPet's marketing strategy with occasional attendance at national exhibitions required
Provide outstanding customer aftercare and aftersales support
