Achieve agreed sales targets for both new and used vehicles Establish new sales contacts and opportunities Relationship management Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty Assist dealership to achieve industry-leading standards of customer and process efficiency Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

Skills You Will Require

Minimum three years experience in premium sales Confident personality and articulate Strong negotiation skills Focused, self motivated Professional, presentable and excellent communication skills Work within and contribute to a "one team" ethic Embrace social media tools Computer and systems literate

Your Required Experience

Previous Sales and Motor Trade but not essential as full training will be given. High performing in your current role - that's why we want you! Premium environment within the current role Ability to construct and conclude transactions Target driven UK drivers license (max 6 points)
