Our Sales Enablement Executive will play a critical role in optimising the performance of Trustpilot's Commercial teams, encompassing a broad range of commercial roles that drive acquisition, onboarding and retention of Trustpilot customers.



This role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact to long-term retention and growth. The Sales Enablement Executive will design, develop, and deliver programs, content, and coaching that equip our teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive revenue, maximize customer lifetime value, and achieve our ambitious business goals.



Day to day you will be liaising with reps, leaders and senior stakeholders, deepening your understanding of business metrics, actively discovering sales challenges and devising sales enablement solutions to improve performance. Success is measured by the impact of your programs through assessing rep satisfaction, retention, behavioural change/adoption and overall business impact. What you'll be doing:




Design, deliver and measure high quality enablement content that's accessible, up-to-date and relevant to the needs of our commercial audience Conduct deep discovery of challenges hindering Commercial teams from value-selling Maintain knowledge of business and performance metrics we're trying to drive Maintain knowledge of Trustpilot target customers, our products, value proposition and sales process Design scalable programs to solve challenges drawing on the Enablement Mix: knowledge, skills, tools/content and processes. Consider how systems and managers can support embedment of new learning and behaviours Design and develop playbooks to drive excellence across the sales process Collaborate across the business to gain buy-in and align with cross-functional and Commercial stakeholders Track, measure and obtain feedback on programs to drive continuous improvement

Who you are:




2+ years experience in a fast-paced, (preferably SaaS) organization in sales or enablement role A strong understanding of the sales environment and methodologies, including sales content, tools and skills Experience with content management and learning management systems Able to build strong internal relationships with sales and marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills Focused on strategic long-term gain Strong program management skills Metrics and results driven Agility to work in a fast paced environment whilst keeping a high attention to detail
