As a
Content Enablement Success Manager
, you'll help shape how sales content is created, organized, and optimized across our global teams. You'll work closely with sales geographies and business groups to support content excellence, encourage consistent practices, and ensure sellers can quickly access what they need--when they need it.
Initially, this role will focus on improving clarity and consistency through content governance and process adherence. Over time, it will evolve into a strategic support role that ensures high-impact sales content is continuously developed, enhanced, and aligned with seller needs and sales strategy.

What You'll Do:
Help ensure our sales content ecosystem is organized, usable, and aligned with our sales methodology and seller workflows.
Support the adoption of ISO content strategies and governance models across geos and business units.
Collaborate with teams across Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Publishers to streamline how we manage content in Highspot.
Help identify content gaps, organize existing materials, and surface opportunities to improve content performance and usability.
Champion the seller experience--ensuring content is clear, easy to find, and purpose-built for real sales conversations.
Support internal communication around content best practices and contribute to improvements in structure, messaging, and format.
Use insights, feedback, and basic data analytics to inform improvements in content strategy and execution.
Serve as a go-to resource for content enablement excellence and help drive alignment to global ISO goals.
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in sales, enablement, marketing, or content operations.
Experience in a technology sales role is highly valued.
Familiarity with content management or enablement platforms like Highspot.
Ability to build relationships, support alignment, and guide teams toward shared goals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for messaging and structure.
Self-starter who thrives in a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
Passion for transformation, continuous improvement, and seller success.
