Position Description
The position of Sales Director, Membership Development, reports to the Chief Commercial Officer overseeing EMEA Sales. This individual will play a critical role in the development and execution of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s new business goals by successfully selling World 50 groups and programs.
Sales Directors are supported by Member Development Associates (MDAs) who identify, target, contact and set video calls with top executive prospects, while supporting all pipeline activities that follow. Through the evolution of this role and the growth of the business, Sales Directors will be very closely aligned with the Group Leader(s) who manages the group(s) that the Sales Directors are selling, enabling us to best serve our Members

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and appreciation for an effective and efficient sales process as well as thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where developing trusted relationships internally and externally is paramount to our continued growth.
