As a Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving the business forward and shaping the future of the telecommunications industry.
What will you be responsible for?
There is no "I" in team!
You will be responsible for working closely with the wider business to build and lead a best in class sales team.
Your previous experience of leading and coaching high performing teams, ideally 25+ people will form a critical part of to building an unstoppable team!
You will also be develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in line with company growth plans
Previous experience taking a business through significant growth that required an agile approach will be essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree/MBA Educated or industry experience equivalent
A proven sales leader with extensive experience from the Telecoms, Broadband or Fibre industry
You will have a minimum of 7 years B2B experience from fast paced/high growth businesses
Exceptional experience growing, leading and coaching high performing teams
Demonstrate the ability to develop and apply a proven and rigorous sales method across complex sales cycles
