\xc2\xa360,000 + OTE Year 1 \xc2\xa3100-140k, Years 2-4 \xc2\xa3200-300k, Year 5+ \xc2\xa3500k + 14% Pension + Training + Bonus + Commission + Company Benefits

Do you have a Direct Sales Background within Private Wealth Management & a Level 4 Qualification in Financial Advising, looking for a completely autonomous role where you will directly spearhead the continued expansion of a company business who offer \xc2\xa3100,000 OTE in Y1, \xc2\xa3200,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa3300,000 in Y2-4, and benefits including a 14% pension?

This US Asset Management company has over \xc2\xa3200 billion under their management and they are focused on continued growth. They are looking for Salespeople with Financial Services background to come on board and boost their reach.

This role will involve meeting with potential clients, winning business over & providing financial advice. You will be responsible for involve contacting leads generated and conducting initial meetings, this will require providing financial advice for clients and generating strong rapport with these clients. You will have autonomy to work your desk how you see fit with extensive training in the first 4 weeks. 2 of which will be in the London office.

This role would suit somebody with direct sales experience within private wealth management looking for an exciting and varied role where you will be responsible for the continued expansion of the business going forward.

You will receive a \xc2\xa360k basic with commission increasing you to the below expected rates.

Year 1 \xc2\xa3100,000 -\xc2\xa3140,000
Years 2-4 \xc2\xa3200,000- \xc2\xa3300,000
Year 5+ \xc2\xa3500,000

THE ROLE:

  • New Business Development from leads generated by the marketing teams.
  • Conducting meetings with prospective clients before handing them over to a client relationship manager.
  • Remote with the opportunity to work out of the London office expenses paid.
THE PERSON:
  • Direct Sales Experience
  • Experience working for a Private Wealth Management company
  • Level 4 qualification in financial advice
  • Demonstratable sales skills, backed up with numbers
