Our client is a global business with a luxury, high-end health, and wellbeing brand. Established in the USA and having landed in the Europe, four years ago, their product line is a fixed-installation unit that they mainly supply on a residential B2C basis and increasingly to B2B customers such as hotels and spas.
They now require a Sales Director to spearhead their ambitious growth plans both in the UK and Europe. That\'s where you will come in. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for deploying strategy, optimising their sales team, and inspiring and motivating them to achieve exceptional results.
You will define the sales vision and strategy to achieve \xc2\xa3multimillion strategic sales growth and profitability objectives.

As the majority of product is sold direct to consumers, via an inhouse telesales team, for installation in private residences, it\'s important that you can demonstrate success in defining, implementing, and leading an outbound sales strategy focused on direct-to-consumer telesales. If this experience were gained within the luxury lifestyle products sector this would be highly advantageous.
Working closely with the Strategic Digital Marketing Manager, your sales strategy will focus on converting warm inbound sales enquiries generated via extensive digital marketing campaigns.
So, you will have experience of lead and pipeline management, call and customer funnel management, call conversion metrics management and CRM development.
Our client\'s core focus is on giving their customers the best experience possible, and this starts at the first phone call. Buying a luxury lifestyle product for the home is an important and expensive decision requiring a consultative approach, often across more than one telephone conversation before an order is placed.
As Sales Director you will make sure that the sales agents in your team are well-trained and capable of delivering a premium customer experience. The starting point will be the development of training programmes which continuously develop the telesales team to collectively hit sales targets.
