We are hiring for a Cambridge client on an exciting growth journey.

After recently securing investment to drive the next stage in their journey they've revamped their business development function. After showing some great results they're now looking to bring another SDR into the team.

This role offers great progression opportunities, a standout commission structure and a sales leader who has grown and developed teams already.

They're looking for candidates that are hungry, driven and want to work in sales - no specific experience required

Job Overview:
As an SDR here, you'll play a critical role in driving their business growth by:

Qualifying prospects to determine if they align with their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Identifying customer challenges to uncover new business leads. Booking 'next step' demos for senior salespeople, helping to highlight business issues and potential solutions. Utilizing CRM and other tools to track results and document key information.
