We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth business where your efforts will make a real impact.
The Role:
As an SDR at Pass, you'll play a key role in our growth by reaching out to decision makers in both public and private sector organisations. You'll speak to tutors, directors, and other key stakeholders to introduce them to our market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make around 150 outbound calls per day, with 2-3 hours of call time.
Follow up with leads via email to nurture and build relationships.
Organise and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Set appointments and generate interest for our Business Development Managers.
Work towards daily and monthly targets with the support of a highly motivated team.
Learn about our products and market to become an expert in the space.
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to a range of professionals.
A strong work ethic and desire to learn.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
25,000 base salary plus commission - expected earnings 35,000 in your first year.
