  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key contacts, champion users and consumers of our insights
  • Support in securing timely contract renewals that both protects and expands upon the current run rate
  • Monitor client satisfaction, facilitate improvement as needed, and regularly stay in touch with client\xe2\x80\x99s key stakeholders
  • Leverage industry trends and insights to drive Curinos value that the client recognises
  • The individual will be responsible for sharing best practices, ensuring that Curinos is delivering high-quality service to the assigned high-value clients while partnering with the Client Manager to develop strategies and tactics for further penetrating the account with additional and emerging services
  • Executes and manages relevant portions of an account plan under the guidance of the Client Manager
  • Invests time in strengthening existing client relationships. Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives
  • Responsible for training clients on Curinos Solutions such as our Digital Banking Experience platform and evangelise our solutions
  • Become subject matter expert on Digital Banking and Curinos solutions that support our clients
  • Responds to and deliver on client requests and/or engages the Client Manager as appropriate
  • Contributes to RFP responses and development of proposals as appropriate
  • Engage the relevant Curinos teams and Buying Centers for developing solutions
  • Assist, as appropriate, in handling escalations and risks related to the assigned accounts
  • Participate, as appropriate in internal or client-facing business review presentations
  • Help keep CRM (Salesforce) fully up to date across pipeline of opportunities and client contact details and intel
Retention and Growth
  • Help achieve both growth and retention objectives for UK Sales team
  • Understand and promote Curinos solutions while linking value to the client needs in order to expand wallet share
  • Support developing formal proposals for additional products & services that address the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred
  • 2+ years in relationship management or commercial role
  • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships and sales opportunities
  • Curious mindset and drive to develop
  • Competitive sales and renewal ability
  • Proven track record in supporting clients and relationship management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong and accurate forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel 50%
