Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator - Mercedes-Benz of Swansea

Full time - Shift Rota to cover between the hours of 8:30am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 17:00pm Saturday (every other Saturday worked with a day off in the week)

Position pays: \xc2\xa323,000 Basic with up to \xc2\xa325,000 OTE

Sinclair Mercedes-Benz are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to join our successful Sales Team in Swansea.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Co-ordinator you will work in a small team of two within the Sales Department. After a customer has purchased their new or used vehicle you will be introduced to them to start building the Sinclair Group relationship our customers have believed in for over 75 years.

You could be following the Approved Used Mercedes-Benz vehicle through the workshop ensuring it is prepared to our brand standards, or establishing the delivery date of the customers brand new Mercedes-Benz vehicle, which could include retaining the customer\'s private plate, conducting a quality control inspection to handing over the vehicle.

Your duties will include

You will be pivotal in the seamless process from transaction to delivery of our customers dream car. Engaging with the customer throughout their journey providing a 5* customer experience that is expected of our customers and us as a thriving business.

You will use a number of our internal systems and full training will be provided so no motor trade experience is necessary.
